After 7 happy years at the seaside, 2014 saw PaSCoE move premises to the vibrant city of Preston.
We are now situated in a 4 storey Grade II listed Georgian building in Winckley Square, just a few minutes’ walk from the city centre and Preston train station. The Square was originally an exclusive residential area but is now also home to a range of professional and financial businesses as well as restaurants and bars, all surrounding the Square’s gardens which are now a public park.
Winckley Square has now been awarded heritage lottery funding to support a project to revive the historic buildings and gardens and restore the Square to its Georgian splendour. We look forward to being involved with and benefitting from the regeneration of this beautiful city centre landmark.
