Working in partnership with Stormwater Management Ltd we have provided the technical support to assist in the design and construct an innovative sustainable urban drainage system – the Elevator attenuation storage tank.

The unique uPVC permanent formwork solution creates an innovative means of economising material needs whilst achieving excellent structural capacity, maximising flexibility in its application.

The Elevator system allows for the optimisation of reinforced concrete, minimising cost and maximising constructability.

PaSCoE’s role in the application of the Elevator system has been to ensure that each and every use of the attenuation system is develop to suit the site specific needs, as well as further reduce the embodied cost and materials. Although the soffit and column formwork can be delivered off-the-shelf with ease, it remains imperative that the same level of detailed design is employed as per a traditional RC buried structure.
